Birth Doula Services

Our Birth Doula Service are provided in packages that include a combination of Prenatal, Birth and Postpartum Support.

• Prenatal Support:

  • Introduction to Childbirth Education + 20% discount on private childbirth education services.

  • Assistance with locating prenatal service providers.

  • Accompanied prenatal doctors visits/ ultrasound appoints + support in processing medical appointments.

  • Birth plan planning and rehearsal

  • Prenatal yoga and stretching training.

• Birth Support: Continuous in-person support beginning with the onset of labor (arriving within 2 hours) and throughout birth (departing no earlier than 2 hours after birth), includes:

  • Advocating for implementation of your birth plan desires

• Postpartum Care:

  • Virtual or in-person postpartum check ins

  • 20% on private afterbirth care education

  • 20% discount on postpartum doula + sibling care services.

Post Partum Doula + Sibling Care Services

• Post Partum Doula: Overnight (up to 8 hours) or daytime (up to 5 hours) support with caring for your new baby - allowing you to take care of your other needs and get the most sleep.

• Sibling Care Services: Day time assistance with caring for other children (age 5 and under) and helping your older children transition to sibling-hood.

Private Childbirth and After Birth Education Services

• An up to 3 hour in-person (or virtual) session with a personalized curriculum based on your pregnancy, birth/postpartum goals, and learning needs. Topics that may be addressed include:

  • Pregnancy 101

  • Prenatal Nutrition

  • Breastfeeding Nutrition

  • Natural Childbirth

  • Labor Rehearsal

  • Sibling-hood Transition Education

  • Comfort measures for labor and birth

  • Breastfeeding

  • Newborn Care

  • New Dad Workshop

  • The Fourth State of Labor (healthy post-birth practices)

• In-person direction and demonstration of hands-on comfort techniques so your partner can support you.

• Weekly email check-ins for four weeks after your course so that you may ask follow up questions.
